TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Age limit – The houses will be allotted on lease only to persons above the age of 55, upon executing a detailed lease agreement.
- Lease deposit details may be obtained from the project office and the amount to be deposited is non interest bearing and it is refundable.
- One time payment will be taken for maintenance and repairs and the amount will be informed at the project office.
- The right to allot the house is at the sole discretion of the lessor and applications received may be rejected without assigning any reason.
- No alteration in the structure is permitted.
- The following is the list of payments to be borne by the residents:
- Monthly food expenses at actual cost on shared basis.
- Medical care, nursing facilities and the like.
- Telephone, electricity, TV set-top box and recharges.
- Transport facilities at cost for the commuting needs of residents.
- Disputes if any are subject to the jurisdiction of Mangaluru city only.
SPECIAL NOTE
The leased area includes plinth area of the house including walls, external finish, utility area and a proportionate share of all common areas, common amenities and service. Whilst every care has been taken in the preparation of this brochure, the promoters reserve their rights to make alterations and amendments including additional constructions on the building / property as may be necessitated /permitted from time to time. The promoters reserve the rights to add /delete any facility, specification or amenity at the time of execution of the lease agreement. This brochure is for information only and not a legal document.
